Data processing and storage

It is essential to respect the sensitivity of the information shared with customer service departments. To this end, we have implemented a range of security controls. We have specifically focused on protecting personal data and adhering to best practices for compliance, security and vulnerability.
We rely on a global infrastructure designed to provide optimal security throughout the information processing cycle.

All sensitive information such as personal, banking or health-related information may be subject to specific processing (either anonymized or encrypted) at the customer’s request to meet regulatory requirements.

When designing the conversations, great attention is paid to collecting the data strictly necessary for the conversation to take place. For each conversation, a form is drawn up to expand the GDPR register of our clients.

Dedicated environments can be set up to handle issues requiring PCI DSS certification.
What’s more, Zaion’s GDPR system can be audited by our customers just like the entire technical system.

And to finish off, Zaion’s supervision tool Botcenter gives customers the chance to listen to all of their conversations at any time and thus ensure that the system is working properly and efficiently in real time.

All our service providers meet our security requirements, including the requirements set by our customers and market-specific certifications such as GDPR and PCI DSS.
