Zaion announces the acquisition of Dydu and strengthens its position as a leading provider of agent-based AI for customer relations.

The merger between Zaion and Dydu is driven by a clear goal: to provide our customers with a unified, multi-channel, sovereign agent-based AI platform to orchestrate all of their conversational journeys.

With this acquisition, Zaion has reached a new milestone: over 100 employees, more than 100 major clients, and an ARR exceeding €10 million.
