PRO BTP enters into a strategic partnership with Zaion and integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) to serve its members.
PRO BTP confirms its ambition to improve member service by leveraging an industrial and strategic partnership with French scale-up Zaion, one of Europe's "leaders" in Conversational AI solutions dedicated to customer relations.
Transforming PRO BTP member relations
Since 2019, PRO BTP has engaged́ a 1st collaboration with Zaion to improve member service on the Retirement and Savings perimeters. By establishing an industrial and strategic partnership with Zaion, PRO BTP aims to accelerate the transformation of relations with its policyholders in order to respond optimally to the challenges of service quality and operational efficiency as a major player in social protection.
Accelerate the development of innovative solutions based on Conversational AI
The industrial and strategic partnership is part of PRO BTP's innovation approach. It will enable Zaion to accelerate the development of conversational AI solutions tailored to the insurance industry, while giving PRO BTP the benefit of innovative functionalities resulting from R&D.
Supporting Zaion's long-term growth and acceleration
As part of this partnership, PRO BTP is increasing its stake in Zaion, following an initial investment in its Series A in 2021. The aim of this financing is to increase Zaion's technological lead and accelerate the deployment of its technology in France and Europe.
