Zaion strengthens its presence in Germany with the opening of an office
Founded in 2017 by Franz Fodéré, Zaion is now pursuing its international expansion with the opening of an office in Frankfurt.
This move will enable Zaion to market its Artificial Intelligence-enhanced customer relations solution (Callbot, Chatbot, Messagingbot, Augmented Advisor and Supervisor) in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
This roll-out across the Rhine will facilitate support for Zaion's existing French customers in Germany, as well as the promotion of its solution to German companies in the main business sectors (Insurance/Assistance, Real Estate, Financial Services, Public Services, Retail and E-commerce, Utilities and Travel/Tourism).
Renowned for its high standards of customer service, the DACH market is Europe's largest, and remains a territory of conquest for Zaion.
